Design Strategy
Strategy is about bringing intentionality to decisions at every scale — from how an organization is structured, to how a team divides responsibility, to how a product makes a person feel on a Tuesday afternoon.
Each workshop zooms into a specific scale of that problem. Some work at the organizational level — how AI reshapes roles and workflows. Others work at the team level — how to make better decisions together under complexity. All of them share the same underlying premise: good strategy is not a document, it's a practice.
