I work with teams at the intersection of design, AI, and organizational change — helping them move from scattered intuition to shared direction.
Engagements take different shapes. Some are pure vision work — helping a team articulate where they're going and why. Others start with research, surfacing what's actually happening before building toward a future state. A few go further, running pilot experiments to test whether the workshop outcomes hold up in practice.
The workshops below are entry points. Most engagements grow from there.
