In Winter 2020 semester, I ran a ritual design session in Bob Sutton’s Leading Organizational Change class! Students and our partners from Stanford HR were game from the get-go. They created corona-virus friendly greeting rituals, which involved lots of foot-shakes. Later on, they designed rituals that took the boring virtual meetings into totally new directions.
