I had the students working on 3 projects throughout the semester. The focus was on service-design-oriented experience design. The students had to work with service maps, touchpoints, brands, and physical product design. They were expected to coordinate rich experiences with many different kinds of design interventions woven into coherent flows for the users.
The three projects had different foci:
1) Redesigning a vending machine experience
2) Designing a service for non-profit food redistribution, for
3) Designing a new experience-oriented venture for a specific space or context
